The Centeno-Schultz Clinic currently sees many patients who travel from Europe, Asia, and other parts of the U.S.  To book an appointment, call 303-429-6448.  Evaluations with Dr. Centeno can be 2-3 months out, so please be patient.  If you plan to visit, we recommend two different options:

• Quick Eval ; This is a one day trip for an evaluation only.  Plan to stay overnight and be evaluated in the morning.  A 50% deposit is required and the evaluation will cost between $500-$750 USD.  Bring all medical records including the actual films of any radiologic or MRI studies performed.  Expect a diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. 
• Two Week Stay: This is an extended stay for evaluation and the beginnings of a treatment plan.  This is the format we recommend, as starting different treatments will give us a much better sense of how to arrange treatment for you when you return home.  In addition to the evaluation fees described above, expect to pay approximately $100/visit for conservative care (usually3-8 visits) and if injections are needed, between $200 and $500 a visit.  Most patients spend between $1,000 and $3,000 USD out-of-pocket expense during their two week stay.

Insurance:  

• For EU members, most National Healthcare systems do not reimburse expenses incurred outside of the European Union, but you may want to speak with your local NHS.  We will provide you with an itemized bill in the form of a U.S. HCFA form that you can submit to your NHS.
• For U.S. patients, most group health insurers will reimburse for out-of-state care after a deductibe is paid.  We will provide you with an itemized bill in the form of a HCFA form that you can submit to your insurer.  We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
• We do accept MasterCard and Visa.

Accommodations:

From the U.K., British Airways has direct flights into DIA.  Lufthansa also has direct flights from Frankfurt.

We are located in between Denver and Boulder, Colorado. 

We are approximately a 45 minute drive from Denver International Airport.  All Hotels listed are within a 5 minute drive of the clinic.
